The stamp set I used is from the newly released set "More Speedy the Cat Friends" by Mark's Finest Papers. I also did this for Ways to use it over at SCS. To use ribbon on our card. I tried to make the ribbon look more look a collar for a lovable pet.
I colored the dog with prisma pencils and OMS. The hearts are cut out using nestabilities. Card stock is by Gina K. Designs.Got to run, thanks for stopping by my blog
