Joan's Challenge

Hi there, now this is where I want to be!! This beautiful image is from Heartfelt Creations " HCPC3355" , it relaxes me just looking at it.
I made this for Joan's challenge to make a window card. Well any excuse to use my new window die!!! The die is "Grand Madison Window" I got it at Joan's Gardens.

Here are the requirements if you would like to join in the fun.
  • Use a door or window or something similar
  • Use an out door type of stamp
  • Use a flourish
  • Use either an embossing folder or embossing powder
I used the candy cane folder for my embossing, I was trying to make it look like a chair-rail, but not so sure about it. The flourish is a Cheery Lynn Lace rose and flourish. I just used part of it.
Most of the supplies for this card came from Joan's Garden.
Well time to go, thanks for stopping by.

The stamps are by Heartfelt Creations " Cosy Winter Days".
The DP is Basic Grey and colored with Copic's and Memento. M.S. Punch.

A Cosy Winter Day

Happy Sunday Morning!!
I made two cards this morning Yay!! Yesterday I received some stamps I ordered from Joan's Garden and just had to ink this one up, it so fit Joan's Garden #26 challenge. I couldn't help myself even though Joan used this stamp for her sample. The stamp set is" Cozy Winter Days" a preCut stamp by Heartfelt Creations. I used stickles and glitter for snow but it didn't show up very well.

Here are the requirements for the card:
1. Use some kind of snow or snow flakes
2. White is the color for the week, so make sure you have white on your card
3. Do some Chalking
4. Create some kind of a window look

Stamps: Cozy Winter Days by Heartfelt Creations and for the window I used" Hip to be Square" by Melanie Muenchinger. Sentiment is by Hero Arts.
Memento, stickles, glitter and copic's. I used chalks for the sky .

Hope your weekend is great and thanks for stopping by.

Rustic Autumn Wheel

Hi everyone!! I'm back with another post. This is another card for " Joan's Garden #25 Challenges", challenge. Joan has been having some terrific sales over at her blog the last few weeks and here is one of the stamp set I got. It is called Rustic Autumn Wheel by Heartfelt Creations.
The first time I saw this stamp was when Linda Payne did a fabulous card using it, I knew I wanted it for sure. I colored it pretty much traditionally and didn't added any emblies because the drawing is so gorgeous it really doesn't need anything else.
Stamp set: " HCPC 3327 Rustic Autumn Wheel PreCut set"

I colored the image with copic's , sponged with memento ink and the CS is GKD.

There is still time to enter in Joan's challenge and get a chance at winning the really fabulous prizes!!! I know I would love to win!!!
Thanks for visiting!!
