Hello! I was delighted when Melanie ask me if I would showcase one of her sets. I was her GD for "
A Year of Leaves" and that is what I decide to showcase here today. I love this ! It is great staple to have on hand. It is so perfect to use with flowers that I keep some made up just to have on hand. Like the ones I have scattered at the bottom of the card. I used Copic's to color them using G07 and G14. The rose was made out of Cranberry tart PLCS by
GKD and a punch. Let me know if you would like more info on making the flower, it's real easy. I curled the leaves gently around a pencil part way to give them more of a 3-D look..
My all time favorite set of Melanies is "
A Year of Flowers" and I just could not resist doing a card using that set. I colored the rose with copics. The CS is Gina K. Designs and Basic Grey for the DP. I made the rose smaller by copying and reducing the image using my printer.
