Sorry this so late. We had a big thunder storm in this afternoon and I turned my pc off for awhile. I made this card after Gina's tutorial on paper piecing, it was so cool that after I received my set on Monday. I went to work on trying it out. The stars and stripes paper is from Gina's free download and you can find it on stamptv under freebies. All the instructions for doing the balloon and on sponging is on Gina's tutorial. The stamp is from "Eclectic Summer kit" by Gina K. Designs. Have a good night!
