In the stables

Hi all, Hope you had a nice weekend. I did, I got to spend a little time with my girls and that always makes my day. Here's my first card using my daughter Theresa's new stamp set "Out West" by Gina K Designs. I've been real excited about this and couldn't wait to get my hands on it. I used wood graining to make the stable, copics to color the horse some brads and some twine.
The wood graining is on creamy Carmel paper and the ink I used is white and chocolate chip. Hope you like it. Have a good one.

Botanial Green

I made this card for stamptv potluck Friday challenge. We are to incorporate stamping with material or object that is not a stamp. I decided on grass. I found some but not easy here as winter has not let go yet! I tied a tie wrap around it and pressed it on my stamp pad and then pressed it on my card stock I had to use a paper towel to press it on. The paper I used SU. Always artichoke and old olive. The ink pad is wild wasabi. The stamp set is from Gina k. Botanical garden by Asela. I hope you have a great day.
